The team of hexOr always lose.In his video that is an inhouse/pub games.
There are many players better than hexOr. holy^hexor admitted that he used maphack to aim hooks/arrows and it leads him to ban in dota-league.

There are so many "imbalances" in the game if you look DotA as 1vs1, but remember, DotA isn't 1vs1, its 5vs5.
