http://www.playdota.com/heroes and u can see all the different heros
Left click the one u want (lets Say POTM)
and u can see the Hero Icon Skill Iconss
Right Click The hero Icon and choose Copy Image Url
Then come to the posting page and Click Img (below the Subject) And Paste what u have copied and u will get this
