Wondering is there is a Fact of the Day topic, how about this..?
There is no right or wrong answer... Just give your opinion...
Axe's Culling Blade is fully blocked by Linken's Sphere is the killing threshold is not met.
Is there, by any chance, that the killing threshold will not display is enemy's HP is below 625?

nice question.....
im my exprience... Death will pass for the Linken HOLDER and thats bad for axe.. The Linken Will absorb the culling blades dmg plus its effect will no work...
thats for past version... i dont know for 6.68b

The answer is simple, if your hero hp is belowe 625 when axe cast culling blade on you, it DEBUFFS YOUR UNIT, Then only it proceed to deal you 99999999999999999 damage....
In other words, linkin was "debuffed" , abaddon shield buff is removed, abanddon ulti "borrowed time" buff was removed, in other words
No matter what buff you have, when your hp is below 625 and axe ulti-ed you, you are DEAD
for lol purpose

Cons about Io: - He's fragile despite being STR. +1.9 STR per level and 0 armour to start with. - He's got only +1.7 AGI per level. If the best DPS hero on a team is Io then that team is doomed.- He doesn't have any kind of stun so his Initiator capabilities are low. - He can support other gankers but not gank by himself that well. Just my opinion but I think he's a bad choice for a: tank, initiator, carry, or ganker.  I hope this information helps in any way.
