Although that only 1 answered my question, I'll answer your's Through out the game, Nightcrawler is faster because he doesn't need the night to be able to move faster... Now the real answer, it really depends on the items... Actually, you can make a hero have max MS... Get Phase Boots, Sange and Yasha, Eul's and Mask of Madness... Activate all the items... -ms...
