If my connection fail and disconnected from internet in middle of Garena game,is it possible my lvl not go up,because of disconnecting.I mean i did not get any Xp?

I want to know how the Xp give us in match.I mean it depends on what?
Good playing?
Times of play?
Be in garena?
Or all of them?
