To non-Chinese speakers:
This forum is mainly set for Chinese speakers,but most of us know more or less English.If you are not adept at Chinese,just use English,we Chinese speakers can understand.
I represent all guys here to welcome every friendly people to come here.If have any question,you can contact me or to ask for help,and please obey the following forum rules

1.禁止侮辱dota及dota-blog网站
Don't shame DOTA and dota-blog.com
2.不赞成爆论坛等过激行为。对那些哗众取宠的渣滓而言，痛骂他们反而是他们最希望得到的反应。具 体实例可 以参考某选秀明星
No drastic actions.Some "dregs" show a flashy action or display to ask for lashing，do you want to satisfy them?
3.第一版无意义的水帖过多时，版主会予以除水；没有技术含量的帖子被删除前，版主不会通知楼主； 如被删帖 子确有价值，将视情况恢复一楼或前五楼
When there is an excess of spam topics are seen on page 1 of the forum, the forum moderators would remove some of them.
The forum moderators would not inform the Topic Starter of the deletion of their topic.
If the deleted topic has indeed technical values, the moderators would restore them.
4.严重违反dota-blog总版规、法律及道德，或在论坛造成恶劣影响的ID，将会予以封号处理 ；如确实 改过自新，不再重返，可以提前解封
If someone breaks the constitutional rules of Dota-Blog, laws, morality or influences badly, his ID would be banned. However this could be cancelled for his surely true reformation
5.严禁在此讨论宣传bug。请到Underground Bar讨论区讨论
You cannot talk about Bugs in this forum,plz discussing them in Underground Bar section.
6.不得滥用他人照片取乐
Do not abuse others' photos to make fun
7.禁止发布广告贴
No advertisement
8.大家以后投诉的时候，请务必提供链接，否则版主很难找的
Please provide a link when u lodge a complaint
9.出现的汉化错误可以在这里反映
Permit to report the mistakes of traslation.
10.讨论语言仅限于中文和英文
Chinese & English only

I will use google translator in able to communicate with Chinese people here.

I dun really recommend google translator, I tried to translate a piece of Chinese essay and It turned out to be so funny...
