Blood Throw is okay, Blood Nova is only a tiny bit over-powered. Blade of Constriction is somewhat over-powered too. *Looks at ultimate then immediately falls over* My goodness, that's quite an ultimate there. Does it mean Cenita takes 85% damage, but then deals that too all enemies in 500 AoE as well? If so, it's pretty strong. Combined with Blood Nova you could take out alot of enemies quickly. I'm not sure what else to add. I'll wait and see other people's thoughts on this.  _________________

And then which skill is passive/active?

the ultimate, how much is the aoe? or maybe it's only one hero?
the ulti is scary....

Ok, this is my opinion: 1. How does a hero using a blade be a ranged hero? :p 2. I found similarities with Huskar combined with Venomancer with this hero. But i must say that the ultimate is too imba. The other skill is fine, but if the Blade of Constriction is a passive, i must say that the regen is a little bit overpowered. 3. He is a masochist  The idea of cutting self is pretty scary

Hmm, hero suggestion...
IMO, if this hero is a ranged hero, his first spell is too imbalanced. If you compare to huskar's burning spear, it's 16*5 dmg at maximum level. However, the " 5 second interval " makes huskar spear less scary as it seems... The second scary part is first spell deals a slow, which makes it a huskar + drow hybrid. and to tell the truth, this orb is scary. Maybe it will be slightly balanced when this hero is melee...
Blood nova is ok. In fact. this spell is not powerful considering it is a (damage per second) spell damage. But the AOE makes it up
Blade of constriction passive is ok. The regen synergize with the amount of hp he is spilling...
For ulti, it is too imbalanced, and it's not a "dota style ulti"
If you notice, icefrog never implement a very imbalanced ulti. Any AOE ulti, at most, deals 1000 hp ( or even lesser ).
Nevermore's ulti can deal up to 1800 dmg, but it is impossible to deal that much unless you had a very very good timing. Earthshaker ulti can deal up to thousands also, but it requires perfect timing either. Crystal Maiden can deal up to 1000 damage theoretically, but often CM 's ulti will be stopped by an enemy stun before her ulti reaches full effect. Sandking too, requires a channel of 2 second ( success often depends on teammate ) to deal a massive AOE damage.
There's no way icefrog will allow an AOE hero to deal 1k++ hp just by a click
